Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns should be sent only after receiving return authorization and shipping instructions from our support team.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used fragrances.
  • Products with broken manufacturer seals.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
